Hirohiko Araki made his manga debut in 1981 with the Wild West story, Busô Poker, before experimenting with mysteries (Mashonen B.T.), and action-horror (Baoh). In 1986, he began Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, which was infused with imaginative plots, weird imagery, and distinctive art, and it became one of the longest-running and most popular shonen manga. Araki’s current works include a new series set in Jojo’s universe, JoJolion.
