In C.O.W.L. #3 readers will learn more about Radia and her struggle to gain respect in the the organization and the city. Geoffrey discovers that C.O.W.L.’s future is anything but guaranteed and that its survival hangs in the balance. At the same time, John’s investigation into the union takes a much darker turn.

“With 11th hour negotiations failing, C.O.W.L.’s future has never been bleaker…” said Higgins. “Which makes this quite the turning point for the book. This isn’t a series about the birth of the first superhero labor union—it’s a series about the death of it.”

“With all the plot and betrayal, the tone of the series will get darker and this will definitely be reflected in the art…” added Reis. “You can expect more red in the future issues!”

“Geoffrey Warner, Radia, and John Pierce make decisions in Issue 3 that are going alter the course of their lives—as well as C.O.W.L.’s future,” hinted Siegel. “To say things are about to get more complicated is an understatement.”

Issue #3 is available July 30th in comic book stores.
