Comedy Central’s adult animated sitcom Brickleberry makes the leap to comics in Armoogeddon, and it does it very well as it made me smile a few times. It’s a Terminator plot, where Steve must travel from the future to kill Woody, otherwise the cows will take over the world.
Being Brickleberry, it’s not what you’d call subtle but the humour works in the comic. In the preview pages you can see the arguments of the futuristic cow overlords and see that the ‘time machine’ has some interesting connections. The action soon moves back to current era Brickleberry with some disastrous assassination attempts and an interesting twist at the end.
The art style of the TV series is captured well in with a little extra attention to detail. Brickleberry’s Armoogeddon is definitely one to look out for if you’re a fan of the show and is available now.
