Ok, ok, ok. I’ve been getting requests from readers asking for more in-depth discussions about Movie Rumors (especially about Comics Movies), on top of/instead of the little blurbs that I put on all of our Social Media. (Which, by the way, you should all Like/Follow/Subscribe so you don’t miss anything. Especially when we start doing special promotions & contests. Oh yeah, we’re going there.) So, to appease you, our dear readers, I will do just that. Let’s get started.
Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.
One of the earlier rumors about Wonder Woman was that Scott Eastwood was playing Steve Trevor, but according to Meet The Movie Press, Scott Eastwood is not Steve Trevor in Wonder Woman…yet. Variety is saying that he is one of four actors testing for the role, but a source for Latino Review is stating that Eastwood is actually one of four actors testing for the role of the villain in Wonder Woman.
Jonny Frost & Joker from JOKER.
Remember that rumor about Jim Parrack playing Deathstroke in the Suicide Squad film? Apparently, that’s not the case. (Even though Parrack posted a pic of Deathstroke, it is being attributed to him having fun with fans.) Meet The Movie Press also mentioned that Parrack is playing the role of Jonny Frost in Suicide Squad. Who’s Jonny Frost, you ask? He was the Joker’s chauffeur/sidekick from Brian Azzarello & Lee Bermejo’s graphic novel, Joker.
John Stewart from JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED.
It was also rumored on Meet The Movie Press that Warner Bros was looking at bringing the John Stewart version of Green Lantern into the DC Cinematic Universe. If this is the case, who would you like to see wield the Power Ring?
Cyclops & Havok from AGE OF APOCALYPSE.
According to Bryan Singer’s Instagram, Lucas Till is officially back as Havok in X-Men: Apocalypse. Considering the new altered timeline and the casting of Tye Sheridan as Scott Summers (aka Cyclops), this should be quite interesting.
