The twelfth installment of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Getaway, arrives in stores on November 7th, but Amulet Books will kickoff promotional efforts on October 14th in Moscow, the first stop in The Getaway World Tour. As part of the campaign, beloved author and illustrator Jeff Kinney is embarking on his most extensive book tour ever to over twenty cities around the world. There are 10 tour events across North America, in New York City, Philadelphia, Miami, Chicago, Nashville, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Montreal. In Book 12, The Getaway, Greg Heffley and his family are getting out of town.
